Know Before You Go
2 years old and below are free of charge. Open daily (timings are subject to change). Driving and passenger experience is available and valid till March 2024 only and participant must wear closed rubber shoes. Any unredeemed voucher can be exchange to other Dreamdays experiences. All booking are FINAL, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. You cannot reschedule or cancel your booking. In order to participate as a driver, you must be over the age of 21 and you must prove you are eligible to drive legally in UAE to participate in the Driving Experience. This means you need to show a valid UAE driving license, or be in UAE as a tourist and either hold (i) a valid international driving permit, or (ii) a full, valid driving license issued by one of the following countries: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), European Countries, United States of America and Canada, East Asian Countries and African Countries. We will need to see evidence you say you are a tourist (i.e. visa stamp in your passport). If you do not comply with these requirements, you will not be able to drive and will not be given a refund. We will try to convert your experience to a Passenger Experience in this case, subject to availability.
1. Each guest will require a digital or printed Ticket. Tour guides will not be permitted to scan Tickets on behalf of the guests.
2. Guests will be directed to scan their finger on first use of a multi-Park Ticket. The finger scan is saved as numerical code which allows the Operator to verify the same guest uses the multi-Park Ticket on their next entry. No copy of the guest’s fingerprint is saved. If someone else attempts to use the Ticket following registration, they will be refused entry, and the Operator will refer the guest back to the Ticket issuer.
3. If guests prefer not to scan their finger, they can opt out by registering manually at the designated counter. Each guest registering manually must carry their own valid government issued photo ID and submit it at the counter, and each time they use their Ticket at the turnstiles. Entry will not be permitted without official government issued photo ID.
